The Account Manager works with clients in identifying their needs in order to promote and sell appropriate company products and services.

• Manages and grows existing accounts through daily telephone cold calling & following up on prior calls
• Sells additional services to clients
• Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
• Contacts clients by phone to help them better understand company products and services, as well as occasional visits as needed.
• Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed
• Handles queries about company products and services
• Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
• Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
• Plans for and attends trade shows to establish new business
• Educates customers on company products and services
• Provides proactive assistance and supports to customers
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
• Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service
• Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
• Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customers to other staff members
