Responsibilities :
No Experience? No Problem!
- Licensing / Tax Experience : Not required!
- Leads : Abundance of exclusive, inbound leads from our branded online, radio, TV ads, and financial service referral partners.
- Training : Comprehensive 90-day in-office training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule opportunity.
As a pivotal first contact, you will engage with prospective clients seeking financial counseling and tax resolution services. Your role involves :
- Handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound calls to understand client needs.
- Qualifying clients for our suite of services and guiding them toward the first step of tax relief.
- Collaborating with our legal team to ensure a smooth transition for client case management.

Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience : 2+ years in a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
- Skills : Positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
