Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)Develop and write individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomesSupervise and provide clinical direction to RBTs, ensuring treatment integrityConduct parent and caregiver training to support generalization and maintenance of skillsMonitor progress and adjust behavior intervention plans as necessaryOversee data collection and ensure data is being captured accurately and consistentlyProvide direct services as neededMaintain regular communication with clients, families, and Behaviorbee leadershipSubmit documentation and progress notes timely and accurately in accordance with company policiesEnsure compliance with all BACB and company ethical guidelines and clinical standardsCollaborate with the Clinical Director on cases, programming, and staff developmentRequired Skills
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBLicensure in the state of VirginiaMinimum of 1 year of experience in the field of ABAStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage a small caseload effectivelyReliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes as neededCommitment to ethical standards and evidence-based practicePassion for working with children and families
