Responsibilities
- Lead generation and qualification of new business through prospecting in a domestic market.
- Outside business-to-business (B2B) sales to drive growth, with unlimited growth potential and uncapped residual commission in addition to base salary.
- Maintain a competitive and motivated mindset with a focus on new business development.
Qualifications
2–5 years of current / recent Domestic Sales experience in a freight forwarding organization.Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.Proven success in generating / qualifying leads with a hunter mentality.High energy with a professional personal brand and executive presence.Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment.Effective communicator with strong business acumen and intuition.Self-starter with strong organization and presentation skills.Attention to detail to drive profitability.Ability to think strategically about the personal impact to the client’s long-term business strategy.Team-oriented with a drive to contribute as a high-value team member.Benefits
