About The Role
We are looking for driven Sales Executives to join our rapidly expanding team and help us grow our Medicare Advantage offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly enrollment goals by generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and building relationships with nursing home staff and families. Top-performing agents can earn over $160,000 per year , with full benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, 401(k), and more. You will be required to travel within your territory 3–4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
Educate nursing home staff and family members about Longevity Health’s benefits and programs.
Participate in weekly sales calls and submit daily production updates.
Develop and share best practices to improve enrollment efforts across all markets.
Requirements
Must have a Health Insurance Producer License (Medicare)
Minimum 2 years of sales experience; Medicare sales experience is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
