Sales Executives Responsibilities
- Negotiate sales, costs, deliveries, and specifications with buyers and business executives.
- Liaise with shipping companies to track order progress when customers make a purchase.
- Act as a point of contact between customers and companies.
- Negotiate terms of sales and agreements; close sales with customers.
- Gather market and customer information to understand customer needs.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve objections to facilitate sales.
- Advise product developers on improvements and discuss special promotions.
- Create proposal documents for formal bidding procedures.
- Inspect inventory and ensure product quality on display.
- Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
