Primary Purpose
Maintenance duties such as general plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning, repairing building equipment. Janitorial duties such as general cleaning, inventorying, stocking, arranging furniture, emptying trash and recycling. Landscape duties such as general digging, pulling weeks, trimming, cleaning, planting, and fertilizing.
Description of Essential Functions
Student will perform entry level duties including painting, maintenance of equipment, door / lock repair, window cleaning, plumbing repairs, empty trash and recycling, sweep, mop, vacuum floors and carpets, clean tables, counter tops, and white boards, set up / take down tables and chairs, assemble equipment and furniture, operate machinery, and work with power and hand tools. Work during foul weather, work on ladder, work in tight places, provide customer service and other related duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be current degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
Must be eligible to receive FWS based on financial need and eligibility requirements determined by FAFSA.
