Salary : $165,000- $200,000 + esop + travel + benefits and 401k!
My client, a leading contractor in the US, is urgently seeking to add an MEP Project Manager to their rapidly expanding teams across the US.
With multiple Billion Dollar projects underway already and loads more due to start over the course of the next year, this opportunity offers a stable role in one of the best & busiest construction markets in the world right now!
The company currently work all over the US but their most urgent needs are located in
South California - Nevada - Portland Oregon
where their projects have already broken ground and are valued over $1B, followed by a range of different data center and mission critical projects located across the West Coast.
Required Experience for role :
- 5+ years of Data Center Construction experience
- Experience working on MEP Aspects of new Data Center Construction
- Knowledge of working on Large, Multimillion Dollar Projects is Essential
- Willingness to travel is Essential!
- Experience to preferably come from a General Contractor background
Preferred experience for role :
- Minimum 5 years of data center construction experience
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Availability to travel US wide
- Posses strong relationship building skills
