Overview

VOYlegal has partnered with a leading Am Law 100 firm to identify an associate (3+ years of experience) for a high-profile litigation team in California.

Base pay range : $260,000.00 / yr - $360,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, M&A litigation, and a wide range of other specialized litigation areas like IP, real estate, antitrust, and class actions

Legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and discovery

Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in litigation (associate level)

Mid-Senior level

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
