Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Intuit Mailchimp is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing New Business Sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives (AEs) by generating qualified sales pipeline and helping to move Mailchimp's business upmarket. You will be responsible for engaging prospective mid-market customers and identifying opportunities to introduce them to the value of our omnichannel marketing platform. This is a hybrid role reporting out of our Atlanta office.
Partner with 2-3 Account Executives to strategically identify and research target mid-market companies.
Develop and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies to engage high-fit companies.
Generate new qualified sales pipeline through proactive outreach via email, phone, and social channels.
Engage prospects with genuine curiosity to uncover their challenges and pain points related to customer engagement, monetization, and retention.
Effectively articulate the value proposition of Mailchimp's omnichannel marketing platform, including email, SMS, and transactional products.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to your partnered AEs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead qualifications in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with AEs to understand their sales goals and adjust prospecting efforts accordingly.
Continuously learn and apply feedback to improve prospecting strategies and results.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
