Superintendent Wastewater Construction
Family-owned contractor with a great reputation in wastewater construction. Expanding Northern California division and offering huge growth opportunity.
My client is a privately owned, family-run company with a long-standing reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and quality. While the broader organization has a diverse construction portfolio across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, this division is dedicated to tunneling and water / wastewater construction. Projects are local to California - with no out-of-state travel required - and the company is known for its strong team culture, fair management style, and excellent work-life balance. Many employees have built long tenures with Shea due to its supportive, people-first approach. Regarding the water / wastewater division, they self-perform most of their own work (concrete, mechanical, and civil scopes) and deliver projects through both design-build and bid-build methods. Current projects include :
Future projects will be based throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento regions, with assignments made to ensure reasonable commutes. If you'd like to learn more about this opportunity, please reach out to Charlie Robinson for more details - 310-901-8612.
