Midwest Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to work in its Detroit Lakes, MN office. Responsibilities in this position include providing excellent service to our customers by responding to customer issues with deposit products and services in a timely and accurate way. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Actively provides referrals of potential customers to personal bankers, lenders, and investment representatives. Hours of work will be Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.
