We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for our client's cement products across Kentucky.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with deep knowledge of the construction materials industry and a proven record of building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities : Strategy & Growth : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and manage market position; identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Technical Support : Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring understanding of our cement products' benefits and applications.

Market Insight : Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Forecasting : Collaborate with commercial and operational teams on forecasting and supply chain needs.

Documentation : Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Reporting : Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications & Mandatory Skills : The following skills and experiences are mandatory for success in this field-based sales role : Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cement or concrete construction industry.

Strong understanding of cement / concrete and their applications.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory (with occasional overnights).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
