• Become a technical subject matter expert, explaining complex information in simple, easy-to-understand ways.
• Use virtual technology to build relationships with clients and understand their unique investment needs.
• Process client transactions and requests accurately by following standardized processes.
• Help us improve by documenting and reporting client feedback.
