Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves making cold calls, setting up appointments, and nurturing leads to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products / services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products / services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead conversions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or telemarketing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent phone etiquette and a persuasive approachAbility to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitudeProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Preferred Skills
