Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time BCBA to support elementary students in Wilmington, DE for the 20252026 school year. The BCBA will primarily work with students who do not have an Autism classification.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff

Monitor and track student progress

Collaborate with school staff and families on behavioral goals

Support students throughout the elementary school building

Qualifications :

Active BCBA certification

DE licensure required

Previous school-based experience preferred
