Salary and Other Compensation :

The starting hourly rate for this position is between [$13.75-17.00 per hour]. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

[This position is also eligible for [bonus] [long-term incentive compensation awards].
