REPORTS TO : CSR Supervisor
Summary : Our client service representatives support our efforts in providing the highest quality primary veterinary care to our patients. As the front line of communication between our clients and providers, our CSRs help to promote the practice by maintaining a client-oriented and professional work environment. CSRs are responsible for using the computer and veterinary management software, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, patient check-in and check-out, and more. They also service as liaisons between our patients and medical staff. Duties will include but may not be limited to;
