Job Title : Contracts Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview :
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts / Administrative Coordinator to join our client’s team in Torrey Pines, San Diego. This on-site role requires a strong background in administrative support, contract coordination, and document management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities :
Prepare, review, and process contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation
Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements
Maintain organized records and databases for contracts and administrative files
Coordinate communication between internal departments, clients, and vendors
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing as needed
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and correspondence
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred)
1+ years of experience in contract administration or administrative coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented professional
Working Hours : Full-time
Onsite
Monday - Friday
8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm PST

Compensation : $31.00- $38.00 per hour DOE
