Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

As the North America (NAMR) Operations Senior Manager, you will work closely with a wide range of Operations leaders and teams across North America to support and advance the company’s North American Travel program, as well as manage other special projects across NAMR administrative services, vendor management, and office experience. This role will be responsible for driving key initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico with a strong emphasis on project management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational execution.

You will play a critical role in structuring, coordinating, and advancing high-impact projects, such as implementing new technology platforms, supporting policy rollouts, and executing change initiatives. Success in this position requires building structured project plans, tracking milestones, and communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational strategy and change initiatives across NAMR Operations, with an emphasis on the Travel function, by creatively solving problems with scalable, innovative solutions.
  • Manage and support special projects from design through execution, including project planning, team coordination, and milestone tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partners, building strong communication loops and fostering trust among internal stakeholders
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership, highlighting initiative progress, risks, and data insights.

You’re good at

  • Project management and execution : Supporting operational processes and change initiatives within highly complex and matrixed organizations
  • Stakeholder management : Developing strong relationships across all levels of the organization with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-solving under pressure : Operating effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Vendor and partner coordination : Supporting supplier management processes in collaboration with the Travel Director and Operations team.
  • Strategic problem solving : You proactively identify challenges and deliver creative, innovative solutions.
  • Judgment and decision-making : You make thoughtful, professional decisions independently, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • What You'll Bring

  • 8-10 years of progressively responsible work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced professional degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in the Travel industry or other related field
  • Strong expertise in project management within Travel, Operations, or other related areas, with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Experience communicating and reporting out to senior audiences, with ability to communicate complex information clearly in writing and verbally
  • Big-picture thinking with strong business judgment and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and resilience under pressure.
  • A flexible, “up for anything” attitude to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Ideally, hands-on experience with Online Booking Tools, Travel Management Companies, and / or Expense Tools
  • Who You'll Work With

You will report directly to the NAMR Operations Strategic Initiatives Director and work closely with a wide range of Operations leadership teams across North America, including the North America Travel Director.
