As an IT Analyst, you will play a critical role on our IT team and be responsible for performing comprehensive analyses and providing insights on IT-related events, data, and third-party pay sources. You will play a key role in supporting our internal teams, ensuring accurate event monitoring, optimizing performance, and identifying cost-benefit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Visibility & Event Monitoring : Identify and resolve missing data trends, analyze scoring discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Third-Party Pay Source Evaluation : Monitor costs, assess vendor performance, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• IT Ticket Research & Troubleshooting : Investigate ESV-related issues and provide resolution recommendations.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting : Analyze ETAI performance, generate audit reports, and suggest improvements.
• Data Analytics & Reporting : Collect and analyze IT system data to improve forecasting and supply chain visibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams to understand IT needs, provide solutions, and offer training.
