Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company within the Construction & Manufacturing industry, committed to delivering high-quality projects & products. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team and help ensure the smooth processing of vendor payments and financial operations. Responsibilities :

  • Process high-volume invoices accurately and timely, including 2-way and 3-way matching
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of payments and vendor files
  • Collaborate with procurement and project teams to verify purchase orders and receipts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting
  • Support audits and provide documentation as needed

Qualifications :

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing
  • Experience with lien waivers, subcontractor payments, and job costing
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Viewpoint, QuickBooks)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

    Pay Details : $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
