Job Title : Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Location : Florence Family Practice – Florence, AZ

Hours & Schedule : 4x10 hour days : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in Florence; Friday in Coolidge. 8 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Work Environment : Outpatient Family Practice Clinic

Travel Required : Yes – one day per week to Coolidge

Salary / Hourly Rate : $110,000-$130,000 based on experience, plus productivity incentives
