Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location : Oakbrook, IL

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Modeling : Develop financial models to support key decision-making processes (e.g., CapEx, acquisitions).

Process Improvement : Continuously drive process enhancements in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting via automation and system improvements.

Collaboration with Treasury : Work closely with the Treasury team for 13-week rolling cash flow forecasting.

Ad-hoc Reporting : Deliver ad-hoc projects and reporting that will help improve business profitability.

Month-End Reporting : Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

Variance Analysis : Compare actual results to budget and forecast, providing insightful variance analysis.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytical role.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Intellectual Curiosity : A genuine desire to improve processes and contribute to the success of the business.

Multitasking & Prioritization : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, sorting). Experience with SAP or Oracle highly preferred.

PowerPoint Skills : Ability to create clear, concise, and impactful presentations.
