Responsibilities : *
Answer phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Check in / out and register patients
- Translate for Spanish speaking patients
- Update patient demographics in EMR system
- Verify insurance
- Gather authorizations from insurance companies
- Qualifications : *
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Scheduling experience
- HMO experience
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient
information
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
