Reporting to the Vice President of Construction & Engineering, the Director of Construction Services will oversee assigned hotel projects as the construction expert for Hyatt in support of successful new-build project and conversion project openings. This role provides expert guidance and oversight across all phases of hotel construction projects, working closely with the design lead for each project to ensure alignment with brand standards and experience goals. This role is responsible for monitoring 3rd Party Owner project schedules, budgets, and construction progress while coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include tracking key milestones, obtaining and analyzing project data and reports, and providing actionable insights to keep projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring each property is delivered to the brand quality expectations in preparation for opening.
