Your New Role
As a Content Creation Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering video content, while also working directly with clients and representing the company professionally. This position requires someone self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable managing all aspects of production—from concept through final delivery. You’ll also help ensure that the office and filming spaces remain organized and professional at all times.
What You’ll Do (Accountabilities)
- Plan, film, and edit videos (interviews, testimonials, brand stories, explainers, social media).
- Meet directly with clients to coordinate shoots, explain project needs, and guide them on camera.
- Promote the company’s services through engaging content and professional client interaction.
- Travel locally to film on location (events, client sites, or community spaces).
- Handle all equipment needs : transport, set up, operate, and maintain cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Maintain office and creative workspaces in optimal condition for staff, clients, and production.
- Organise and manage media : archives, backups, and file structure.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines and brand standards.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
1+ year of experience as a videographer / editor (freelance or in-house) with a strong portfolio (please include raw samples and final edits).Solid ability to manage end-to-end video production.Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.Good editing skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere required; After Effects / Photoshop / Audition a plus).Excellent client-facing communication skills; able to represent the company professionally.Highly organised, reliable, and deadline-driven.Valid driver’s license and ability to transport and handle video equipment (up to ~40 lbs).Benefits
