Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to help our organization realize the full benefits of our Salesforce-based business environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for process optimization and automation and will use their expertise to enhance business performance across our sales, recruiting, support, and financial operations teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance existing Salesforce solutions to support critical business processes.
• Interface legacy systems to Salesforce or develop their functionality into native Salesforce applications.
• Develop customized Salesforce solutions to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce environment meets internal needs.
• Partner with third-party vendors when warranted to deliver project objectives.
• Provide system administration support, including creation of permission sets, security settings, custom objects, and flows.
• Participate in product quality assurance and testing.
• Create and maintain appropriate technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or comparable experience.
• 2-5 years of software development experience, with at least two years of Salesforce application development experience with the Force.

com platform and / or Service Cloud.

• Salesforce Developer Certification or comparable experience (expertise with Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Component Framework, Flow).
• Understanding of the basic Salesforce architecture including system governor limits.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Experience developing customer-facing applications, preferably in Experience Cloud.
• Experience developing SF APIs and / or working with integration software such as MuleSoft or Workato.
• Experience with SF-focused DevOps tools, and development tools for code management and communication.
