As A Claims Adjuster You Will :

• Review, investigate, and manage personal injury claims filed with Club Car Wash
• Support the claims team in the handling and processing of claims
• Communicate with claimants, legal representatives, medical professionals, and internal departments
• File bills and documents into the claims management system
• Uphold and enforce Club Car Wash standards, policies, and procedures
• Provide timely and professional communication with claimants throughout the claim lifecycle
• Collaborate with the Director of Claims and legal team when necessary
• Contribute to a team environment while working independently
• Assist in compiling data for claims analysis and reporting
• Prepare billing spreadsheets and help reconcile claims-related expenses
