We're seeking a Legal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager who knows how to find, attract, and close top-tier legal professionals. You'll be the engine behind our attorney's hiring strategy, helping us scale with precision and purpose.
Who You Are
- You're a recruiting pro with a track record of placing attorneys—especially in litigation, insurance defense, or related practice areas.
- You've worked in a recruiting agency or in-house legal recruiting environment.
- You understand the nuances of legal hiring and know how to speak the language of top-performing attorneys.
- You're driven, persuasive, and strategic.
What You'll Do
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys—from sourcing to offer acceptance.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Partner with leadership to refine hiring needs and job profiles.Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.Conduct interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless experience.Track metrics and hiring performance to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.What We're Looking For
Proven recruiting talent, ideally with a focus on legal or professional services.Strong understanding of attorney roles, qualifications, and market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.A proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for building high-performing teams.Why Join Us?
