Compensation : $28 per hour Base PLUS Commissions up to an Annual Compensation Cap of $275,000

($10,000 to $30,000 per hire based on type of attorney position filled)

• You're a recruiting pro with a track record of placing attorneys—especially in litigation, insurance defense, or related practice areas.
• You've worked in a recruiting agency or in-house legal recruiting environment.
• You understand the nuances of legal hiring and know how to speak the language of top-performing attorneys.
• You're driven, persuasive, and strategic.
