Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Claremont, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team.
As a State Farm team member for Eric Martinez - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
- Must be available to work the following schedule : M-Th 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm, Fri 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
