Job Responsibilities

• Create Customized Treatment Approaches : Assess individual needs and develop tailored therapy strategies aimed at achieving personal functional goals.
• Conduct Therapeutic Activities : Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Families : Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to encourage sustained progress at home.
• Track Patient Progress : Monitor and record clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.
