Exciting opportunity in Louisville for a Full-Time Oral Surgeon. Our practice is growing, and we are looking to add an additional surgeon!

Requirements :
- DDS / DMD from an accredited university
- Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program
- Active or Pending State Dental Board License
- Ability to be board certified
