The ideal candidate is a confident litigator with a proven track record of handling trials, strong strategic instincts, and the ability to manage complex defense cases independently from inception through verdict.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as lead counsel on trials, arbitrations, and mediations in state and federal courts.
• Develop litigation strategy, conduct depositions, and argue motions.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for trial.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and trial documents.
• Analyze case facts, legal issues, and exposure to develop resolution strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Manage litigation files independently, with support from paralegals and junior attorneys.
