Position Information Job Summary
Working in the Answer Center consists of answering phone calls and helping students, parents, and the community with inquiries related to enrollment services.
On-Call staff will also assist the Registration Associates in the Registration Center with face-to-face interactions with students.
Provides courteous customer service in-person, on the phone, and for other online processes.
Job Duties Required Qualifications
1. High school graduate.
2. One (1) year minimum of clerical experience.
3. Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to multitask and be flexible within the work environment.
Preferred Qualifications Physical Requirements Salary $15 / hour Work Hours Variable work hours; Flexible Scheduling : Ability to work part-time and / or full days Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm and evenings / Saturdays, when needed.
