The SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER has a leadership role that holds the responsibility for Profit & Loss, meeting annual plan and growth in the value of the business.

This role is responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying and pursuing business opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales, operations, forging partnerships, optimizing processes, and enhancing the operations overall efficiency.

SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including but not limited to contract negotiations, proposals, and preparations.
  • Partnering with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations department to implement new processes.
  • Heavy understanding on value creation - value based pricing, continual cost improvement, and identifying profitable new business opportunities.
  • Guide the sales team.
  • Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts.
  • Developing and implementing sales processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage, measure, and report results against sales of KPIs for reporting.
  • Develop and implement procedures, guidelines, and best practices to enhance overall sales experience.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple programs to maximize value creation.

SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER Qualifications :

  • 4-year college degree
  • MBA preferred.
  • Commercial Sales and Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience within a sales / business development / operations role
  • Proven experience with business development, value-creation, and increasing sales.
  • Industrial experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have strong communication skills, report preparation, and presentation experience.
  • Ability to drive organizational change, promote and lead teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER Benefits :

  • Pay Range : $175k - $200k plus 15% annual bonus.
