Missouri Licensed Transaction Manager

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to lead and execute real estate transaction services for dynamic client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including site selection, negotiations, and lease executions

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and facilitate strategic client meetings

Monitor workflows and maintain transaction databases to ensure quality and timely service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; finance or real estate preferred

Minimum 3+ years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate

State real estate salesperson license required

LEED, MCR, CCIM designations are a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software platforms
