Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring effective execution of sales processes and loan pipeline management
Partner with leadership to set sales goals, monitor team performance, and promote a culture of collaboration
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage sales and operations
Experience in leading and coaching teams to enhance production and performance
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and mortgage options
NMLS registration required
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
