We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Residential Construction Project Coordinator to help bring clients' visions to life. As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the go-to guide for homeowners throughout their remodeling journey. You'll keep projects on track by managing schedules, budgets, materials, and communication between clients, trade partners, and the Fine Point Homes team. This role requires someone who is equally skilled at handling details and delivering a seamless, stress-free experience for clients.

- Salary Range - $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during their remodelLead weekly client meetings to review project progress, next steps, and decision pointsParticipate in managing and updating project schedules in Buildertrend to ensure accuracy and accountabilityOrder, track, and verify materials for quality and accuracyOversee budgets, track costs, and identify savings or overagesEnsure jobsites are clean, safe, and aligned with Fine Point Homes' craftsmanship standardsManage the receiving of project fixtures and materials. Maintain and organize the warehouseQualifications
