Senior Integrated Planner - AMERS Lease
Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO&I, the Global Project Controls (GPC) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to help fill the critical role of Senior Integrated Planner - AMERS Lease. This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Washington DC. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates should relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities
As an individual contributor you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in datacenter design, procurement, and construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients. The role requires exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Project Management
Proactively manage multiple project schedules simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and is delivered on time. Continuously improve planning processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
