Abacus Plumbing Air Conditioning & Electrical is currently seeking an Electrical Service Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Electrical Service Managers are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, retention, recruiting, safety, vendor meeting and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.

The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management, planning, and execution of the Electrical and Generator Service Divisions' technical and field operations. This role leads a team of service professionals, ensures operational excellence, and delivers high-quality technical support and customer service in the field. The Service Manager is accountable for technical training, field performance, compliance, and the direct supervision of service and generator technicians.
