Key Responsibilities
Elevate the Porsche Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact across Sales, Service, and Parts, ensuring a cohesive, high-touch customer journeyProactively resolve escalations with empathy and urgencyLead personalized follow-up initiatives to nurture long-term loyalty and retentionCreate Memorable Moments
Conceptualize, plan, and execute luxury events — including vehicle launches, track experiences, and VIP Porsche gatheringsBring the Porsche lifestyle to life through brand storytelling and community engagementPartner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver flawless on-site and off-site eventsDrive Operational Excellence & Brand Compliance
Ensure staff certifications and Porsche training requirements are always currentUphold impeccable showroom, lounge, and Porsche Café presentation — in alignment with Porsche's visual identity standardsReview and guide digital, print, and in-store marketing materials for Porsche complianceConduct regular facility audits to maintain brand and operational standards, addressing gaps with internal teamsSupport Daily Dealership Operations
Oversee Porsche Lifestyle merchandise displays and manage inventoryMonitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics; report on trends and insightsStay fully informed on all Porsche models — past, present, and future — and communicate product knowledge confidentlyManage vendor relationships to ensure top-quality service and favorable partnershipsChampion customer satisfaction KPIs across Sales, Service, and Parts, using OEM benchmarks as success measuresSuccess in This Role Will Be Measured By :
Customer satisfaction and loyalty scoresEffectiveness of follow-up programs and event engagementCompliance and facility audit outcomesPositive impact on aftersales performance and customer retentionQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, dealership operations, or high-end customer serviceExceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of CRM and digital tools; CDK experience is a plusA genuine passion for luxury automotive and the Porsche brandReady to Drive the Ultimate Customer Experience?
