Are you a proactive problem-solver with a knack for customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated RV Service Advisor to join our fast-paced and customer-focused team! As the main point of contact between customers and our service department, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently, transparently, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do :

• Greet and assist customers with service inquiries and appointments
• Schedule repair and maintenance services
• Prepare detailed service estimates and explain them clearly to customers
• Communicate with technicians to relay repair details and timelines
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Ensure timely completion of work orders
• Deliver a positive customer experience from drop-off to pick-up
