A well-established, high-performing automotive repair and service facility in Milton, GA is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its growing team. Responsibilities

The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring smooth shop operations. Responsibilities include :

Greeting customers with professionalism and care.

Listening to customer concerns and clearly documenting them.

Creating accurate repair orders and coordinating with technicians.

Recommending and selling needed services with honesty and integrity.

Upselling preventative maintenance and fluid exchanges to drive ARO.

Securing customer approvals and providing timely updates.

Reviewing completed work, processing payments, and ensuring satisfaction.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of Service Advisor experience (independent shop experience required).

Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and tires.

Familiarity with shop management systems (Tekmetric)

Proven ability to sell and upsell services, with a track record of achieving $500–$700+ ARO.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to grow.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential : Up to $150,000 annually (hourly + commission).

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm. No weekends.
