- Our firm uses Ultratax Software and SurePrep Software for tax preparation, Practice CS for practice management and Quickbooks for accounting.
- Highly motivated CPA who is willing to become an immediate and critical piece of management / partner succession plan for medium-sized Scottsdale CPA firm.
- Equal balance of strong technical skills, inherent empathy and understanding of our clients is very important.
- We focus on tax planning / preparation for small-medium sized businesses, professional services and high net-worth individuals.
- We provide a demanding but comfortable, understated work environment along side a like-minded team.

- Prior public accounting firm experience is extremely valuable for this position.
- Compensation programs are determined by the experience level of the candidate and the market. Base compensation packages are supplemented with generous bonus programs driven by merit and profits of the firm.
