Regional Sales Manager

We have partnered with a prominent specialized equipment manufacturer to recruit a dynamic Regional Sales Manager who will be crucial in driving results and fortifying our team.

The RSM's primary responsibility will be to lead revenue growth by cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients throughout the United States.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in selling highly customized and complex machinery tailored for use in stringent ISO or regulated environments.

The RSM is a key team member and will be tasked with spearheading new client development and expanding existing accounts.

We seek individuals with a refined and consultative sales approach, ready to impact our industry-leading company significantly.

Location :

This is a remote position with high travel requirements that require flexibility. Candidates must be within reasonable driving distance of a major airport.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Utilize company resources and tools to generate leads and advance the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and order processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams during the order process.
  • Monitor competitive activity and provide regular reports.
  • Participate in industry events and activities as directed by leadership.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of sales or related experience in capital equipment or complex technical equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM management systems
  • Current valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport for travel as required
  • Ability to travel up to 75% or more
