About the Role
We’re looking for motivated sales professionals who thrive on results. This is a remote, commission-based position where you’ll speak with small business owners, qualify them for funding options, and guide them through the process from first call to funding.
What You’ll Do
Call and follow up with small business owners from our CRM
Qualify prospects and collect key business info
Present funding programs clearly and professionally
Follow up until deals close and commissions are earned
Maintain organized notes and activity logs in the CRM

Compensation
Commission-only role. Reps earn 30% of broker payout per funded deal. Consistent performers typically earn between $4,000–$15,000 / month , with top closers earning more.
