Beach Pediatrics located in Oceanside, New York is looking for a Practice Manager to join our team. Are you a natural organizer with a heart for healthcare and a head for operations? We're currently looking for a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our primary care pediatric office located in Oceanside, New York.

This is a key leadership role that helps keep both sites running smoothlysupporting our clinicians, staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors.

Here's What You'll Be Doing :

People First :

• Hiring, training, and mentoring staff
• Foster a supportive environment through regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance conversations with both staff and clinicians
• Ensure staffing and scheduling are thoughtfully planned to support smooth daily operations and patient flow
• Keep all required trainings on track and completed in a timely manner

Compensation Offered (negotiable, dependent upon experience) : Salary - Salary Plan, 75,000.00 USD Annual
