Construction Supervisor

Location :  Houston, TX (NASA Johnson Space Center)

Schedule :  Full-Time, Monday – Friday (with overtime as needed)

Pay :  $90-$95K DOE

About the Role

We’re seeking a  Construction Supervisor  to oversee commercial building projects at NASA Johnson Space Center. The right candidate will bring hands-on  commercial construction experience , strong leadership skills, and the ability to keep projects safe, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.

Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress.

Lead and support field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.

Maintain communication with management and stakeholders.

Review drawings (architectural, mechanical, electrical) for compliance.

Prepare and submit project status reports.

What We’re Looking For

Commercial building construction experience required.

Degree in Construction Management  OR  10+ years of construction experience.

Ability to read / interpret blueprints and specifications.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.

Detail-oriented, organized, and effective leader.

Must pass background check and drug screen; valid driver’s license required.

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency  required for NASA site access.

Bonus Points

Certified Construction Manager (CCM).

Prior experience supervising industrial or government construction projects.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
