OnSight PROS is looking for a reliable Field Technician to capture detailed photos of rental properties for property managers. Flexible scheduling - set your own availability 30-60 days in advance. This opportunity is available in the Marlton, NJ .

What you'll be doing :

Checking out single-family homes and noting their condition
Snapping photos and jotting down comments about any issues
Providing top-notch customer service
Keeping things confidential
Getting your hands dirty : carrying ladders, swapping smoke alarms and air filters, fixing door stops, etc.
Working solo while following company rules

What we're looking for :

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Driver's License & insurance coverage

Reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly folks

Your own insured vehicle - you'll need to use it for work

Willingness to drive at least 30 miles from your zip code

Ability to fit a 4 ft. ladder in your car

Comfortable using ladders and basic tools

Tech-savvy (familiar with iPads or iPhones)

OK with working outdoors in various conditions
